Total Backed on Rewards page doesn't match order price on Store page

When I'm logged into the Frontier.co.uk page and look at my rewards, it says Total Backed: 20 pounds.

When I sign into the Online Store, my invoice for pre-order says 30 pounds, which is what I was charged when I backed the game.

Does anyone know why there is a difference in these two figures?

EDIT: - After doing my own research, it was 20 pounds I was charged when I backed the game, not 30. I describe this in more detail in my reply below.

The piece that seems to pertain to me says:

"With the new store you are now only seeing your original pledge level, all the rewards are still stored in the original backers app with Frontier keeping records on your rewards and pledges. "

On the Kickstarter page, it shows I pledged 20 pounds. When I look at my bank statement, I was charged $32.23 by Kickstarter on January 7th, which was 3 days after the Kickstarter ended. Exchange rates at the time would put that US dollar amount at approximately 20 pounds, so that charge was correct.

The original backers app, where it shows my pledge and rewards says I pledged 20 pounds. All of this is 100% correct. The rewards I have listed are what I should have for pledging 20 pounds.

The issue I'm having, is on the new store site, under my orders it says I paid 30 pounds. I didn't. I paid 20 pounds.

My order on the store shouldn't be 10 pounds higher than what's shown on the original backers app, or what I actually paid.

So you've got an extra £10?
I'd say thank you very much.

If i remember my prices, then the "game" cost £20, now it costs £30. Since you backed it at a discount, the store can't show that you purchased the £30 for £20.

The store shows you what you have at it's current price. The backing items and the store items don't always match up. (i'd also check your address, as you might be living in the wrong country).

You can also contact support - the link is at the bottom of the page, they should be able to give you a lot more detail than my memory :)

Aaah - I didn't realize the game cost had "gone up" since the Kickstarter, and that's what the store is showing.

It wasn't me complaining that I got an extra £10. I just don't like it when numbers don't match up, regardless of who's favor it's in. :) Thanks for the clarification.
