Totally empty commodity screen

Been hanging out at The Mariesh Manoeuvre station in LT464(i think that's right) but noticed that the commodity list appears to be constantly empty - is this to be expected at some stations or is it likely to be a bug?

I've not seen a station that didn't at least have hydrogen fuel on the menu.

maybe a bug, or just an instance glitch.

Either log out / log in, or exit station then go to supercruise, and immediately return to the station.

Third time I've been at Mariesh in the past 2 weeks and had the empty commodity screen each time.

There's a number of them in Empire space. Guessing some adjustments are needed if all the factions are happy yet nothing is being produced or sold. Systems in Civil War are still trading. Doesn't make sense.
