Totally subjective first dip into ED 3.0

Yeah, just got to launch today for first time.

What I did like:
* Holy crap planets. I had some issues during beta (strange texture loading etc.) but final version (might also new driver at fault) is buttersmooth (with still my poor GTX 760) and what's most important LOD looks way better than before, I honestly couldn't tell where one level ends and other begins. Impressive work graphics team;
* LOD of starports and settlements is hugely improved. I didn't paid much attention, but there's some serious work done to make landings to be seamless as possible; I landed directly above ring like starport and it didn't appeared jaggy or distorted as previously. It's LOD levels felt natural;
* Personally I didn't suffer any regressions, also my personal bubble (systems I jump around in) seems to have balanced mission seeds and no attack of wing missions. Same old missions I wanted to be there and few pirate king kill missions here and there;
* There's tons of small improvements in cockpit gui, just a bit more consistency. I like it;
* Loving new mission reward system. Very handy, very useful even for me. Makes sense, didn't saw anything weird or OP;

Stuff that made me go 'huh':
* NPCs are afraid of rails. Just showing them off and pirate even with considerable firepower will just...run or circle around trying to avoid potential fire from me. This isn't exactly 3.0 behavior but still would be nice to see it fixed :) In the end though for some reason it didn't run and allowed it to be killed (I would have killed him anyway, but it felt cheating);
* Pirate king missions are a bit weird. If you fly around in supercruise, and allow yourself to be interdicted, you get normal guy in boosted ship. However, if you look for mission signal source, it will have a) system security disabled and b) pirate king will have his wing to help him. I suspect this is done for choice (as more hardcore players can choose to take on wing)...but it feels flunky...
