tourist lighthouse in all they give some hint about raxxla, they are really important for the history, where it really arrives in all this. what are they for?

You generally need to scan them to get the data from them to fulfil a "Sightseeing" passenger mission.
It's rumoured if you fly into some of them, they will take you to Raxxla .... or Narnia

Many tourist beacons were written by CMDRs who submitted them. Most of the others are either bland statements of fact, or pieces of Lore. I seriously doubt there are any secret messages in them about Raxxla, or anything else.
