Tourist beacon with dated content (Sol > Beacon "Notable Presidents")

As a returning player i started with a bit of exploration within the bubble.

I've found this tourist beacon named "Notable Presidents" in Sol, which today contains outdated content. (It says Zachary Hudson is still current President of the Federation, but it's actually Felicia Winters since 3310)

I don't know if tourist beacons with dated content are intentionally put into the game, but it's there. And i don't know how FDev generally handles/tracks these kind of things. I decided to post this here purely for visibility.

I guess a number of the planetary sightseeing beacons are out of date as well, unless FD updated them, since Odyssey updated the planets. Mountains that were once there are no longer, etc.

haha, not only is the in-game universe supposed to be lived-in and old, but the game itself is becoming old enough and lived-in enough that objects in the world are becoming old and outdated via the real-world processes of time, not just the fictional processes of writing it that way

In a strange way this feels a little bit awesome :)

Yeah, I visited a tourist beacon recently that praised a larger cluster of geysers nearby. Of course, after Odyssey, there were no geysers at all in the vicinity.

It really felt that way, especially on this eerie ice planet. I didn't feel like "the devs should definitely update that text string of this beacon", but more like: "Oh, when was the last time anyone from the regional tourist office actually visited this system, let alone landed on this planet? Do they even know that their attraction has long since dried up due to geological processes?"

That particular tourist beacon should definitely be updated regularly, of course. I mean, it's not as if hardly anyone visits Sol.
