Toys enrichment items management

With time, animals get bored from their toys which can be understandable. And when reading the game advice, it says: "removing toys for a time will allow its novelty to return". So what? We are asked to periodically remove items, keep remembering what we removed from where and to not forget to add them "later" (what is later... 1 month, 1 year...?).

That's not management, that's just a pain in the . Management would be a panel were we program keepers to remove and add items as a routine, not do it myself for every habitat, one item at a time...

Could we have less useless micro management and more meaningful management?

At the very least a way to easily add and remove enrichment without having to hunt them down and delete them individually would be nice.

But waiting alerts is not managing... Managing is organizing things so there is no alert. Alerts are useful when we missed something or when a special event occurs like sickness, it's not for daily management or it can't be called management.

Sadly too many "management" games today think micromanagement is how you add difficulty, which is just plain wrong in my opinion. It feels to me like the areas of PZ that should be difficult are easy and the areas that should be easy are hard.
