Yes. The Journals of the Game should have all your visited locations listed, regardless of CMDR used.

On PC, I think their default location is the following folder : C:\Users\{YourUsername}\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous

What if I reinstalled Windows more than once?

Then those Files are likely lost. Unless you fed your locations into a 3rd Party site (i.e. EDSM), I presume there'd be no way to regain access to previously visited locations.

There is another way but its a little hard to track the systems down. Go to the galaxy map then the 4th tab and select the filter map, once you do that go to change how they are represented in galaxy map and select Visited Stars at the bottom. The stars will be more then likely spread out so they will be easy to miss. Also it doesnt save visited stars from previous saves.

Crap... i have watched Drew wagar stream about RAXXLA
the reason why i want to trace my logs of that cmdr is i am 100% sure i have seen the name raxxla in my left panel wen coming back from out in the black...
Al i remember is that it was like 2 ore 3000 ly away from the bubble.

I wanted to check for my self but seems That's not gone happen ��

i think you have to go to Hutton orbial ten times before it appears to be honest, you also quite rightly have to complete an assassination mission in a stock Dolphin otherwise you're just urinating into the wind!

yes yes yes, the requirement to complete an assassination in a dolphin with a herring! is well known, Im surprised how many attempt it in a herring with a dolphin (which obviously wouldn't work - the herring has worse hard point placement than the hauler :) )
