Track IR 5 FPS?

Hi. Any one else getting slow frames when using Track IR 5?. It seems locked at 30FPS when moving with the tracker. If I use normal mouse look its fine and constant. Its still playable at this speed but would like it so its smother.

970 Strix GTX. Monitor 27" Asus VG278HE
