Track IR and Camera Suite

First thing right off is I love the external cameras. I asked for them for a long time they are sooo necessary and so welcome. However I feel as if it really needs track IR support. To allow you to look around at any camera angle. ARMA does this and its fantastic. Its easy to look around when you are at your position.

This also could be toggled off and on at will of course.
