Track IR Restricted

Hi all,

Not sure how many commanders use Track IR, I use it but will switch to oculus in September when it arrives.
One thing I noticed with Track IR is the leaning forwards/backwards/left and right are very restricted, is this a bug?

No it's not a bug, you're quite well strapped into your seat and can't physically lean out of it by any wide margin nor can you put your head through the back of your seat.

Its in-game limits from what I've experienced. I can lean over in other games. The devs have coded in limits for head movement & rotation.

In Falcon BMS for instance there are .cfg files you can edit to relax the restrictions. Of course you need limits or your head would clip through the canopy.

Good think too otherwise those using head tracking would have access to a wider field of vision than those using mouse look or hat.
