Track IR sourcing

I am seriously considering getting hold of Track IR, locations to buy it in the UK seem short on the ground. Can anyone suggest a decent link / online store ??? tks. What should I be paying for it ?.

If you're on a budget, consider getting a TrackIR 4 from eBay, for around £50-60.

4 works just as well as 5 in my opinion :)

For what it's worth...

If you can find a trackIR 4 for cheaper, go for it. I've tried both the 4 and 5, and I can't tell any appreciable difference between the two. I bought my trackIR 4 for just over half the price of the 5.

Also, don't feel like you need to shell out extra for the ProClip. I bought one, but ended up using the hat clip as I didn't like the wire...and often, when turning to the left, my big fat head would block the clip from the camera.

I do highly recommend the trackIR, especially if you have other games that support it. It really is a great immersion booster.

If you find the software not suitable you can try FaceTrackNoIR with Hatire or write your own!

Do you have a source for that? The only thing I've seen to that effect is one very angry blogger who, as best as I can tell, is just upset that NaturalPoint isn't giving away their software and API to their competitors.

Im using the TrackIR3-Pro for years now, and in all my guides and configs files which are in my sig below, still works like the others..
