Newcomer / Intro Tracker IR 4 or 5?

Hello folks. Started playing and want to use my Tracker IR 4 I've had for a long time, but my Clip pro broke.
Since I plan to get a new one, was wondering if I should just also update to the 5?

Is the increased sampling worth it?

To add, I lost the hat clip and reflectors long ago.

Thanks, though I already have the 4, got it 7yrs ago, my clip is busted, so was mainly looking to see if the 4 was good enough still.
