Trackhat not Working

I've just purchased a Trackhat to replace an elderly & broken Track IR5.

Problem is, even though the software is set up & configured correctly so that I can see the lights in the calibration software, nothing is happening in ED.

The Trackhat opentrack software is V1.2p4, & I'm using the default profile.

Only by using the Trackhat hat piece with the Track IR5 receiver & software.

I gave up on the supplied receiver & software.
