Trade Center Filter

So I like to set up my sandbox zoos by continent. All the African Animals in one zone, Asia in another, etc. For some of the obscure animals it isn't apparent what continent they come from. A Continent filter would be another tool to help organize a zoo.

If you go to www.planetzoopedia.com, there is a custom made zoopedia and in it you can filter by continent. Also you can see how much more space an animal needs per extra animal added.

I was just thinking about this yesterday. This, and maybe a biome filter as well would be great.

I think a filtered Trade Centre would be better from every aspect. Not just for biomes and continents. Right now for example every single available animal is listed and you have to filter down the species manually according to what you want.

What if instead of individual animals appearing by default, the list of species appears and once a species is selected you can then see the available animals.

If you search around for them people are making in game overlays, as simple as bringing up the Steam overlay. Some of these creations are similar to Planetzoopedia.com

I’m all for it
I have built many zoos that are continent exclusive and therefore follow said theme, while my India zoo has some southeast Asian animals.
Having that filter could make things more convenient and therefore you won’t forget a specific animal.
