Trade-In Value of Fittings?

I'm getting ready to trade in my kitted out Asp for a T7 and i'm wondering if there is any value to selling all the fittings separately before trading in the ship?

Any of you number crunchers know if you take less of a hit when selling the ship in one piece or parting it out before the trade in?

yes, sell off your gear first, then sell the ship, as you loose 10% if you sell them with the ship.
