Last night before the update a Cutter load of Silver would net me ~370-405 merits. Today at same station in the same state I get no merits for the same amount and price/profit. Is this another change?

Did we miss any info about that? Did not have the impression trading is broken, especially as there a powers that reward trading?

Can confirm this isn't working for trading rare goods into aquire systems to unlock powerplay in the first place. A bit of a blocker here. I basically can't do powerplay till this is fixed
Can confirm, although in my case it worked on some of the things I mined, but not the platinum. I can't remember if the silver worked - i had mined some other ores like gold and I think it worked for them. But not the platinum.
I've also been hit by this infuriating issue but I have found a workaround. Sell each rare commodity one at a time, but after selling each one, exit the commodities board and return to the main station menu. Then re-open the commodities board and sell one more rare. Keep doing this and they will contribute to the objective. It's tedious but at least the mission can be completed.
In the extremely unlikely event that anyone from FD is actually reading this, this is not an excuse to ignore the issue... FIX IT!
