Engineers Trade-spec Type-6: What do?

I would go for the Thrusters (faster to run from an interdiction) and the Frameshift drive first, and maybe a slightly overpowered powerplant, and then look at the shields.
Also get rid of the HRP's and put more cargo space in (maybe keep only one if you really think you need to).
 
I have a T6 that I love for planetary excursions. I engineered it to have a nice long jump range, tough shields (because I always want those :) ), and speedy thrusters. I love how it flies, and I love the cockpit.

I guess that doesn't help if you're doing a trade build, lol. Just thought I'd chime in anyway. The T6 is cool.
