Have you tried restarting Steam , I had opened it before time but i had to restart steam before it would begin the download < then it tried telling me it was to download tomorrow , Of course i changed that and it is almost downloaded now

Yes. I have. The auto install started a moment or so after I posted the comment.

Same here. Had to stop and start steam and a new 8gb download ( with beta installed ) was needed.
