Trading? What do you think this tab means?

I hope we are able to trade between our own zoos. In Zoo Tycoon 2 you could select zoo sites from plots around the globe; I hope we see something similar in Planet Zoo. Then say, for example you establish a breeding program for the duck-billed platypus in an Australian zoo (species currently not held outside of Australia) and produce a surplus of animals that you could then offer to your other parks. i.e. animals are only available for trade if they actually exist somewhere in your Planet Zoo world. It would be a great feature to keep people playing, and encourage them to establish multiple zoos and use different maps. I would love to see certain species only available in certain locations (e.g. pandas in china, platypus in Australia, pronghorns in America).
I personally hate multiplayer games, so I hope an online market where we have to rely on other players to offer trades is not the only option.

I'm assuming that due to the element of the management in the game, that there will have animal family controls in place (this was mentioned already in one of the streams). Like separating animal families into separate enclosures for breeding reasons to prevent inbreeding issues.

Say for example that your zoo isn't big enough to support multiple family groups for this purpose (either by size or money)...you will have to trade an animal to a different zoo for breeding purposes. I wouldn't be surprised if you could earn $ for renting out your elephant. This happens all the time in real life zoos.

In game, I would expect you will be trading to some virtual zoo/s as I would think that connecting with other player's zoos would get quite complex...but it would be great if they figured out an efficient way to make that happen. If it were with actual players, this almost starts entering into the multiple player universe.
