Trailblazer Twitch Drops - how to claim?

I have watched 15 minutes of brother_sabathius' twitch stream. I have claimed the Type-9 Turbulence paintjob from the inventory page on twitch.

I have linked my Frontier and Twitch account on this page: https://twitch.frontierstore.net/elite

The instructions on above page for Step 3: "Claim dropped rewards on Twitch account and then activate in-game from here"

There is nothing on this page showing claimable twitch drops, so HOW do we do step 3?

I have logged out and back into Elite and the paintjob is NOT in the livery section as of this writing.

What Do?

Anyone successfully claimed any of these?

I'm having the same problem, but don't worry; that Step Three text is outdated, in that you only need to claim at the Twitch inventory, not also at the Frontier site according to this Customer Support page, and you can see it's also not listed in the steps here.

People in the facegroup group also don't have the paintjobs yet. So I guess we ....wait? (Twitch Inventory notes that "Depending on the number of claims and the game developer’s fulfillment schedule, it may take some time to fulfill the Drop rewards in the game.")

Has anyone got a trailblazer paintjob in-game yet?
Or can someone with experience with previous twitch drops comment on how long it took to get a paintjob from Twitch Inventory to in-game?

Hopefully we don't have to wait until the promotion ends on March 26, I'm super impatient 😅

That's helpful, thanks. I hope the paintjobs go live soon, it's quite annoying to not know if something is broken or not due to zero communication from Frontier and outdated ghost websites left unchanged to confuse us.

This is likely the one and only period where I am going to be flying a T9 for any chunk of time so this is exactly when the paintjob would be nicest to have.

Welp, while waiting I collected the rest and now have all six trailblazers paintjobs claimed, and I've built a brand new T9 and outfitted it for colonization work, all it needs now is that fresh coat of paint... 😁

Those were for FDev's "Frontier Unlocked" livestream on Wednesday when Trailblazers dropped. It might be too late now, but maybe you just have to watch the stream instead of watch it live? I think they both dropped after 30 minutes but my memory is hazy

Not sure how to react now. I'm also missing the skins, have them on Twitch but not in-game. However I don't know if I should burden the support team with yet another ticket or if I should wait for the investigation to complete and the problem to be solved (at which point all entitled users should get them?).

I want the skins as much as anyone else I suppose, but I don't need them right now, like this instant! I don't even keep most of the ships in that selection...

Just noticed I don't have those from Frontier Unlocked or any of the Turbulence paint jobs from partners in game too, while they are claimed on Twitch.

It only works on live stream. Watching recording won't work.
