Trailblazer Twitch Drops - how to claim?

2025-03-03 Update: received email saying they had fixed my issue, after submitting a support ticket here: https://formcrafts.com/a/ed-mainmenu
I have verified that the T9 paintjob at least is in-game now.
"Short Time" status: unknown, possibly dependent on submitting support ticket. Possibly 72 hours.
No further updates.

Now I just need an easy way to look up what I do and don't have in my account. Will make a separate post about this.

Should we get every variant of the "Turbulence" paint job? I contacted support and got the "Purple White" variant (could only check on my T9 though), but not the other ones like "Blue Grey", "Blue Yellow", "Orange White", "White Red" and "Yellow Black". Especially since the pictures for the T9 on the Twitch Drops page shows the "Orange White" pattern, not the "Purple White".

Just wanted to check here before following up with support.

It's just the "Turbulence Purple White". Not the prettiest paint job but who's complaining when it's free

FDev responded very quickly and added the missing drops to my account.
Since we can't thank them after tickets are closed.

From the screenshots so far I think I might really like it; the regular Turbulence options are ok but these more unusual colors seem like they could give it that classic 1970s-80s (Chris Foss) spaceship style. Eg like the Terran Trade Authority books. (The style that inspired the art direction of No Man's Sky)

I'd be into that

Come to think of it, there should be more paintjobs that do this intentionally rather than accidentally

I wish I could even log in to the support page. It just flashes and refreshes like I never clicked "Log In".

For anyone else wondering where their drops are, this post might clear things up a bit.

Update: Support responded to my ticket submitted with the aforementioned link and the issue was resolved quickly and courteously. Thank you, Support Agent Viking!

btw, who was also waiting... just took a look into Livery before maintenance, the twitch drops (4x turbulence, 2x slipstream) were delivered! (I did not contact support)
Also the decals from last CG arrived.
