Thats where Im talking about tranferrting over to my vr ed acct which i thought was the same as pc
there is no such thing as a VR ED account
There is PC accounts from Steam, Frontier & Epic and there are console accounts, possibly some Mac's thrown in too from days past but they got done over.

Thank you for Clarifying that. I'm actually very new to gaming, I have an ED account on Xbox and I'd like to transfer that account to my steam PC VR account can anyone tell me how I would go about doing that if it can be done.
