Transactions not charging to purchase cargo?? (Servers having problems?)

I know there is a thread related to the system transactions eating cargo & missions, but I don't see one that talks about it NOT charging for buying cargo... I kept getting weird messages about transactions failing and out of the blue it said my cargo hold is full and no $$$ was missing. I've logged out and quit a few times to reload to see if it catches up and removes the $$$ from my account, but it isn't.


Soooooooooo, yea, something is seriously broken.

Same thing happened to me (gave me the cargo but didn't take the credits). By the time I got to another system to sell the cargo the credit balance was correct.
