Transfer Weapons - Quick Question

Let's say I might have picked up a couple of pre engineered G3 rocket launchers along the way.

But mainly playing space electrician and exploring a bit, I don't really need those and would like to know if there is a way at the moment to "transfer" weapons?
Maybe selling them somewhere and the next Commander can then buy it there?

I'm happy to be corrected but I believe the answer is no - you cannot transfer / sell weapons from one CMDR to another. That is not possible and I am quite glad that it is. Because it would open up house and home to gold sellers. And you can't really want that, can you?

Firstly, money is jack crap worth in this game. Secondly, I just asked a simple question which was kindly answered. It neither implied any technique for money transfer nor anything else.

Yes ok, but I didn't have the classic "gold" seller in mind but those who sell things on ebay that are really worth something. And that is engineered modules in ED. Why are you taking this so personally? Didn't you like my answer?

Since that is by no means a guarantee that the payee would find the suit of weapon there it would be a far less valuable commodity.

Also, if one could sell specific G5 modified items it would be worth so much more than the random G3 stuff you sometimes can find.

Well, people just answer you based on what you wrote.
I am not sure why you start talking about fear.
I play solo and I do not care less if other people want to buy stuff in game. But you should know this is why things are they way they are.

If it ever becomes possible, I hope this will be limited to Open, and not allowed to Private Groups. We need incentives to bring people to Open.
