Ir's a question that gets asked many a time, all you can do is transfer the credit value of your current assets from your old Xbox CMDR to your new PC CMDR, but your old Xbox CMDR will be wiped from the system. This does not include anything that you have bought from the store for your Xbox CMDR, that is none transferable (but will still be available on your xbox account).
Honestly, you may be as well leaving your Xbox CMDR as he is, given that through the experience you now have you should be able to get most of your stuff back in very little time at all.
