Transferred ships not showing up at new station.

Good evening Commanders,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, and I'm sure someone else will have mentioned this if it's happening to more than just me....

When I transfer a ship to my current station, on the galaxy map it continues to show as being at the previous station. If I change in to a transferred ship it then shows correctly on the galaxy map.

Not a huge issue, but a bit confusing if you are used to using your stored ships as markers. Is anyone else having that issue?

I have this issue as well. I had a hauler at a distant system I transferred a few days ago that suddenly showed up as still being at the distant system again. However, the ship resides at my home system and I have no transfer options. I was going to write up a bug about it, but figured someone has run into it by now...

I also noticed my ships I transferred are not in the proper sorting order (Cobra Mk. IV before my Cobra Mk. III, etc.).

Have only done a ship X-fer once... I didn't notice anything odd about it. Then again, I only have 3 ships and don't recall checking the galaxy map after the xfer.

My ship did not show up on the galaxy map after transfer but it was there. Also I was charged 10 X the transfer price. 7.5 mil instead of 750k. I'm hoping FD will refund me but check your account before moving ships

Ha, I didn't notice them charging x10 as much, but i'll definitely check. From my experience of reporting issues to FD they have been great and will definitely give you back the missing credits. Open a ticket and try to be as accurate as you can with the time and date.

I have it now with 4 ships I relocated, do I have to go sit in every one of them to make the marker
from their first location go away?
Were can I check what they charged?
Are these know issues with Frontier?

It's a known bug, I noticed it as well.

Now, I heard an story from another CMDR, that, well:

He transferred his ship to a station in a system next to the system he wanted, because the only outpost there didn't have a shipyard. He did not take note of the system/station he was in.

He left the station while the ship was en-route, and I guess deleted the message letting him know when his ship ended up where. Now, because the Icon doesn't update until you get into the ship, and he doesn't remember where he transferred it, he can't find it. LOL.


I'm pretty sure he could just go to any shipyard, go to ship transfer, and re-transfer it, but, lets not tell him that.

Yep... it will show at the origin station until you use it and then the flag will appear where your at.

Kinda sad and funny, but I thought it was a glitch and maybe duplicated my ship, so went all the way back thinking that I was going to get a freebee... and there was nothing there. :p

There is an outbreak in the system were I had my ships and I heard a story ones
that facilities can be closed and people can't reach their ships so its temporary.
