Transferring cargo from SRV to ship?

Have they removed this option? Seems I only get option to board or dismiss ship now, unless theyve moved facility to a new place.

Look in the inventory tab. There is a transfer button.

Dear god - Choose the normal option 4 for your inventory panel - select the items in cargo you want to transfer , click on the button at bottom to commit changes ... All while sitting in your SRV .

In other words, they've taken away a simple option from initial boarding menu and made it more convoluted.

it´s the same with the transfer between ship and Fleet carrier, for once they unificated the procedure.

I get that completely, its the same transferring from person to ship also. I just think it works better with a lot less clicks the way it did in Horizons.

I disagree with this. Once you know where it is, it makes far more sense. You can still board without needing to transfer first so long as you have the cargo space in the ship.

I didn't say it made no sense. I said its more convoluted than it was. There's way more steps to just transferring than there used to be, or is necessary imo.

EDIT: I guess what makes it worse is I use controller for SRV, so have to switch to keyboard or HOTAS to do the menu navigating.

There is a transfer all now - so long as I don't first go to the boarding menu, I'm finding the new way of doing this quicker (but it could be as I'm used to transfer all with the FC, and it is now in the same place for SRV).

But the menus haven't been tested very well in VR or with HOTAS I don't think, as I'm finding all sorts of weirdness.

Yeah, I think as I added in my edit, as I use 3x control schemes, 1 each for Flying / FPS / Driving, and only having 2 key bindings for menu navigating possible, it makes for an awkward flow of play. When I used just HOTAS and Controller I had no issues with a quick button press, select transfer option and done.
