Will we able transfert gamedata + game and dlc's to pc and console whithout rebuying or paying extra charge. BC i have a Xbox séries s and i Would like to buy it on console but when mods will Come i Would need to rebuy it. It would be Nice to transfert and still have it on both. but you could only chose 2 hardware pc(steam. epic games) and console example pc and Xbox but you Can't transfert to a other hardware otherwise it will be abuse

Not really something that's avoidable, it would have to come to PC on the Microsoft store I think (even then I'm not too sure it's a thing).
