I think all the good run transport missions got nerfed..but maybe someone else can confirm - its been a while since I did one.

Try finding Hitech systems with the "boom economy".
But be careful, some missions send you to stations without large landing pads.

Extraction economy 180t palladium runs are what you be want. 10 million a go if you can get one. Gold will get you 8 million for the same quantity.

what sort of jump range are you looking for?
