Transport missions not allowing upgrading of seats?!

I thought this used to be possible. Someone wants economy class for a group of people. I have all business. Why can't I give them business seats for the same price. I have enough seats.

I was going to do screenshots. But it didn't take my screenshots.

This is one of those mission where it wants X amount of passenger to go to Y.

I just said it's not a VIP mission. It's an X number of passengers mission.

Do you have enough free seats of all business class NOT in cabins with any other missions you may have taken where the passengers will not share?

It must be a bug. I'm doing passenger missions right now and of 5 business cabins 3 are filled with economy upgrades.

I did. But it did not take the screenshot. I have been having problems with screenshots lately.

I had 36 seats left and a 36 and smaller economy class set of mission I could fill it with. Neither of them would allow it stating the economy in red as the problem.

My ship has 80 business class seats and nothing else.

Not sure if this is a glitch or a game thing.

Edit: It must have been a bug. I think I'm getting missions normally again.
