Has anyone bookmarked Trappist-1 system ? I did and now that i visited it it's not on my bookmarks list and i can't delete the specific bookmark and free one more bookmark that i require!

Thanks for being the only one that replied. I have solved it! As i managed to find out the bookmark was named as core sys something and when i clicked on it trappist-1 appeared so i delete core sys bookmark and voila everything OK

For the benefit of future readers of this thread: yes. When an object is Bookmarked, whatever name the object has to you when it is Bookmarked becomes the permanent name of the bookmark, unless you manually edit the name yourself; this name does not automatically change if the object's name is later changed.

A simple example: you jump into an Unexplored system, honk, open the system map and spot an ELW, so you Bookmark it straight away, before you even scan it. This bookmark will be named "Unexplored", because you haven't scanned the planet yet. Now go and scan the planet, and the bookmark name will remain "Unexplored".

There are other examples. Anyone who Bookmarked Colonia before they changed the name will also have that bookmark named as "Eol Prou whatever-it-was" rather than "Colonia".
