Trash bins

Am I supposed to place trash bins on a path by the edge, or just off the path on the grass? Does it matter? Seems maybe more logical to put them ON the path, but I've noticed they take up a good bit of room on an especially narrow path, (like one just inside a park entrance), and it seems like they'd get in the way of guests as they walk by.

Doesn't matter. The option is for aesthetic and as you say for narrow paths can be placed out the way. Put some scenery like shrubs around it and it will soon look in place.

I wish they sat tight to the edge of the pathlike the benchs when placed inside, I don't see why that space behind the bin is needed.

I can't say I was a fan of my saved game being full of rubbish before I'd even had a chance to hire enough janitors! It looked like a right dump and took ages to sort! Dirty guests! lol.

Even with rubbish bins, make sure you have janitors. All of mine quit on me, and then the path outside my food court erupted into a rubbish tip.

No that works in the mode where you use money too, I can't spend my money fast enough! The simulation could use some help there.

I've found a fully-trained employee is completely happy at the job and feels wealthy at a salary of 140.

The full simulation will come later, I think right now they are just testing the water by dipping their toe in so to speak. [big grin]
