Traveling to systems with multiple stars

Is there a way to choose which star within a system you wish to jump to?

Having to travel over 300,000 Ls to reach a station is a long drive. It could be cut down to under 1,000 Ls if I arrived at a different star inside the same system.

Not at the moment, no. There has been some muttering about introducing some sort of "microjump" to travel from one star to another within a system, but nothing implemented yet and no timeframe for doing so.

There's even a subculture within the game that like and appreciate the long drives. Check out the Alpha Centauri system, and how far away Hutton Orbital is from the jump-in point: 0.22 light-years, or 86 minutes direct flight in supercruise. It's considered a pilgrimage - everybody's gotta go to Hutton at least once. They even had a CG to Hutton Orbital a few months ago, which spawned the Hutton Truckers player group.

Take me about 45 mins or did you mean game time.
