I was scolded by my Power (Asling Duval) for treacherous acts twice and feel mistreated. I was hunting Kumo Krew in an Anarchy Archon Delain System and got attacked (for no obvious reason) near a Station by a vessel of Arissa Lavigny-Duval. After Killing the Agressor I get a message that I loose merrits with Asling for treachery. Same happended with a Denton vessle. Is it intended behaviour? Am I missing something?

PowerPlay NPCs that belong to the same major faction are not supposed to go after you, since 2.1 they do it anyway, has been reported for both Imps and Feds. If you fight back you will get the treachery merit punishment, so it's best to just run away for now I guess.

There is a possible valid reason for those npcs to attack. If the op has defected from ALD then he will be attacked for a number of days dependant on how long he was pledged.

That is possible, but there are a lot of reports of PP ships attacking from the same faction, I've had it myself, and I've only been under AD from the start,
