Please consider modifying the trespass offense to be a fine instead of a bounty. The activities involved in receiving these bounties do not always include violence, and the act itself shouldn't warrant a kill order against a pilot. Loitering on private property should not justify a kill order on the trespasser, especially after that trespasser has left the private property. In the context of these new crime and punishment mechanics, a "clean" ship undertaking espionage against a rival faction by way of data scanning shouldn't be a "death penalty" offence. Please consider this request. Thank you.

Nope, I love having trespassing being a Bounty Offence. Coming as someone who has racked up more than my fair share.
Do you have any idea on what some countries do to spies...
In the US for example spies can be deported, imprisoned or even executed if caught

Indeed, trespass on any military base & you are liable to be mauled by attack dogs, or shot.
On private property, people and businesses have the right to use reasonable force. You turn up to my business or dwelling armed up to the gills trying to scan/steal/destroy my stuff then be prepared for my response in kind...
