Herrerasaurus—Ischigualasto Formation
Eoraptor—Ischigualasto Formation
Coelophysis—Chinle Formation

Herbivores:
Plateosaurus—Trossingen Formation
Mussaurus—Laguna Colorada Formation

Triassic Period would be good.

My favourite from the Triassic period is:

Postosuchus = It's needs for it's enclosure could be lots of water in it's enclosure, a little bit of land and little forest. (be look good in a croc enclosure with sarcosuchs)
Herrerasaurus = Little water, medium land, High forest (Imagine the hunting tecnique and how much energy and dynamic it would create + Small Carnivore)
Coelophysis = Medium water, high land, little forest (Would be great seeing there running freely in a herbivore enclosure)


I think the one of the herbivores called Placerias, Would look awesome in the game.
Placerias = Needs lots of water and land, low forest.
