Trinkets of Hidden Fortune

I've acquired 8 units of Trinkets of Hidden Fortune from an NPC and am not sure what to do with them. Googling and searching this forum hasn't yielded much info. One user suggested they may be involved in missions for the Dark Wheel faction in Shinrarta Dezhra - I don't have a permit to that system, so I can't verify.

Any ideas?

Take them to the elf in the Great Forest system. She'll give you a mission to kill a satyr who stole her favourite dress and flies a black Anaconda. Once he's dead loot the cargo scanner he drops and return to the elf. She will combine it with the Trinkets to give you an epic trinket of looting +1 which you can fit in the utility slot of any ship. Profit...

The missions can be found outside Shinrarta Dezhra, but I think you need to be elite to take any of the missions surrounding them

I tried selling them at a black market but they were only worth 600 or so each.

Vasious - thanks for the screen shots, that explains quite a bit.

For future reference, I pirated them from NPC traders at the Nav Beacon in Plendovii. I've seen them in NPC cargo holds a couple of times there.

I noticed they are under the prohibited list for the vast majority of stations. I didn't know what they are either.
