Yes, it will work with that one. But I'd recommend a model that has HDMI input, as that's the fastest option. You still can get very good results (specially via USB, although not all headsets support it), but HDMI has a lower impact on cpu and network usage/requirements. Very tempting... do you have personal experience with this device? On one review, it says it has 'a Mini HDMI for image output', which suggests that it doesn't receive HDMI signals. I don't see why you'd want to output from the headset so perhaps it's a typo: https://cngeeknews.blogspot.co.uk/2017/03/bobovr-x1-aio-promises-hassle-free.html

You are right, it's hdmi output... which is really disappointing. I guess it adds 'social' value but really not good.
There are still other suitable options though. I use a Magicsee M1 Pro for test and development and that one certainly has HDMI input: https://es.aliexpress.com/premium/m...SB_20170826120802&origin=y&catId=0&isViewCP=y

Shame. The link you sent is interesting. £144 for the HMD and free shipping to the Uk isn't bad.Could probably save up by X-Mas. Cheers!

Ah, ok. The ones on Amazon UK are the 1080p version. Apparently a 4K v is coming out soon.
