It took me a grand total of about half a year to go from total noob to Triple Elite.

I was a bit lazy, took me about 9 months on main, but i wasn't focused on that until i got Deadly and realized i want the decal. Then i showed them scouts
My alt is barely Dangerous after a full year.

"Was?" Still is. Combat Elite is the single grindiest thing I've ever seen. 4 years in now and am just Deadly, or Dangerous, whatever the one before Elite is.

100% Dangerous is half way there, at 50% Deadly you are 3/4 there

There is something even grindier that the combat ranking. That's the CQC ranking. But then maybe the reason I'm moving so slowly there is because I only get the "At least you stayed to the end" points <grin>

You should give it a go if you've never tried it. Last week was good because there was a whole lot of Epic players trying it out. I don't know if it's died down to the usual handful of players again

Quadruple Elite is a dream of mine... a rapidly failing dream dashed by the much better players <sigh>
