I'll admit I never expected to see a bridge anytime soon on fleet carriers, so interiors were a nice surprise.
My suggestion is a ship's engine room/Fuel depot in the lower decks, accessible via one of the turbo lifts, this would replace having to board a T9 or Cutter to refuel the main tank.
The engine room uses existing assets from PWR buildings in Odyssey settlements. Manual transfer is still required, cmdrs can interact with the tritium officer, 1000 tonnes of tritium can be transferred at a time.
Captains Quarters/passenger quarters - A deck with rooms like in HAB buildings, accessible for other cmdrs and the Captain.
Captains Yacht- A basic Apex transport style ship onboard the carrier.
