Down below is a mining map that will get you approx. 300 t of Tritium in a single run, using mostly SSD missiles and occasionally Mining Lasers. The hotspot in question is in the Synookiae IF-R d4-20 9 B Ring, approx. 3,800 ls from the DSSA Nameless Mist:
Drop in at the center of the hotspot, then fly directly to it and face the center of the Gas Giant. Also, make sure you are aligned in such a way that the Magellanic Clouds are above you at all times.

Now, fly directly towards the Gas Giant's center, only doing course corrections if you absolutely have to. Stop when you are 25.6 km away from the Hotspot center:
This is WP 1 of our mining route. You will find the first Tritium rock there. It should yield about 20 t of Tritium - 16 from SSD mining and 4 from Laser mining:
When you are done, center your ship directly above the asteroid, facing the GG center again (make sure, the Magellanic Clouds are above you, again!) and continue flying to WP 2, 30.1 km from the center, repeating the same steps.

WP 3 - 35.8 km from HS center - 7 t
WP 4 - 41.3 km - upper left - 25 t
WP 5 - 42.7 km - middle right - 12 t
