Fleet Carrier's tritium reserves are missing and I am not trading this or any other commodities. Has anyone had this happen before?

Malic_VR discovered yesterday was missing his void opals from fleet carrier, my guess it's got something to do with latest patch that address the services storage space.
Take a look at your commodity market. Mine was turned on, and I have never traded any commodities. I had to put some more tritium in the cargo hold before it would let me deactivate trading on that commodity.
Resurrecting this thread with a bit of a rant and warning for other commanders (just to get it off my chest). I've just wasted a few days mining Osmium for the current CG and storing it in my FC completely unaware that I had a Sell Order enabled. Needless to say my Osmium supplies were quickly drained by other commanders. I even checked for this. Unfortunately I checked before I had any stock of Osmium in the FC and it turns out it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell that you are selling a commodity if you don't have stock. The Sell Order just sits waiting silently in the background. You need to remember to check your commodity trading status every time you transfer commodities in. FDev need to change this behaviour. Maybe disable the sell order when stock runs dry. I have never been so frustrated playing this game.
No, and it doesn't matter. That was just an example of the issue. Now we know it's an ongoing issue that started before, and continued after the split.
