Kinectimals Trouble - Cubs Won't Transfer

Hello, I am wondering as to why the cubs unlocked in the mobile version, like the Scimitar Cat, are unable to be scanned into my XBOX. Same goes with these cubs:
~Sand Cat
~Caspian Tiger
~Cave Lion
~Liger
~Marbled Cat
~Iriomote Cat
~Bali Tiger

What happens when you try to scan them? How are you doing it?

What I did was hold up the scan code from my phone to the XBOX. Am I doing it right?

I assume you're holding it when at the scan stone in Fur Town?

Yes, the screen doesn't do that ripple thingy that it does with the other cubs.

Pardon me? If you are referring to the bear DLC expansion, then no, I do not.

No, is your Xbox 360 connected to the Internet? If so have you installed the title update for Kinectimals?

I'll try to check it out. The Internet available here in my home is really slow.

You would need the title update to access the cub transfer as it was a feature added after the 360 game's release.
