Trouble understanding what one of the emergency icons means

Hi. I will just start out saying that this isn't a thread its just a basic stupid question. I have some trouble understanding what one of the emergency icons means. I can try describe the icon, it looks like some sort of building with fence attached next to it.

Sound like you mean the "Shelter is active " Icon.. Or?

It's the sign that there's no connecting path, could be a damaged building, fence or you haven't connected a building to the path however if you're on the third Island there was a bug where the symbol would stay there permanently

Glad to know that was a bug, because I spent a good 20 minutes trying to find what the power problem was, as the icon wouldn't go away but my map showed no problems and everything was functioning. The icon went away when I saved, quit the game and restarted.
