Tru-News:- The latest reports from Azeban ..... CONFLICT ZONE SUPRISE ATTACK

Today I left Azeban Orbital in our Tru-News Cobra Mk3 to compile a traffic report but I have just returned to our station aboard a battle scarred escape pod. Azeban is at war. A suprise attack by the Federation. The Eranin Peoples Party had hoped to engage the ruling Terran Colonial Forces, but GD 319 Solutions have decided to attack us in this moment.

The conflict zone was high in intensity. I have to report that the Federation attack is ferocious. When I was there the Feds seemed to outnumber and outclass us. I saw our brave defence force Pythons and Asps wither under punnishing fire from Federal attack and heavy gun ships. I scanned some of the nearby enemy. These are veteran pilots we are up against. Whilst assisting our boys I shot down an Elite rated Eagle. Suddenly I was attacked simultanously by 6 of the enemy. Usuallly a Cobra Mk3 can always get away, but not this time, I had to eject.

So why have the Federation attacked us? Our anaylsts beleive that the attack may not be sanctioned by Hudson himself, but this attack be the action of a local general, General Gray. Gray has revealed himself to be a phoney Federation general, an Alliance sympathiser. Tru-News's expose report on Gray last month was dimissed by Federation media as yet more Eranin Peoples Party propoganda, but events now have proved us to be right. Gray is an enemy of the people of Azeban and should be the enemy of the loyal Federation Navy. It is hoped Hudson will stop this use of Federation ships and pilots for the cause of Edmund Mahon.

It should be clear to the Federation Powerplay oligarchs that Edmund Mahons capture of Eranin is precursor to an attack on them. His Alliance generals are just tidying up their start line. Ready for a drive into Hudon's heartland.

This unwanted attack outside Azeban Orbital may disrupt trade and lower further the influence of Azebans people on our home system. So we must fight to defend our planet, yet save our strength, our real enemy is the Terrans. One day soon the flag of the people of Azeban the Eranin Peoples Party will grace our suns Nav beacon once more.

I guess, there would be quite a few imperials willing to help, too. I am definitely coming.
And not just because I'm Imperial and they are Feds. Eranin is an important system. Not politically or economically, but historically. Free Eranin used to mean something and it was my home for very long time, and even after gaining my permit to travel the galaxy, there is still a piece of it left in my heart.
And Federal flags over Azeban is something I can't even imagine.

I am a spokesman for Terran Colonial Forces, first Of all we are delightful to see there is so much news coverage of actual going on in our system even if its propaganda based against us, we respect all kinds of freedom press and we will make sure that this Azeban people will be safe in this conflicts. We are not enemy of the Eranin citizens we came here to boost up the economy and make sure all citizens will benefit from that. So Overall we would be glad if supporters of other factions would not see us as somebody who is new and evil in this sector but we have been around for quite along time supporting people of Azeban and we came into power through support of majority. Our main priority is now to restore law and order so we can all live in peace. We are the Alliance we dont aim to terrorise people we are here to bring them the new age of prosperity.

We are glad to announce we finnished all the wars in Eranin and eranin Citizens can once again move around without the fear of getting in middle of conflict zone. Most reports are showing that Eranin Citizens are in majority happy with how Terran Colonial Forces run eranin system and many brave Eranin citizen also applied to TCForces fleet to support security forces in establishing more permanent peace. People on the streets are celebrating the new era of peace and hope it will last for some time in this region of space. There of course have been some reports of extremist groups who dont like that they have been cut down from power and they plan to take on terrorist attacks. Terran Colonial Forces promised they will try negotiate with this groups in favor to avoid innocent people getting hurt, so we will see if EPP supporters really care for the common wealth and good of Eranin citizens or they are using their propaganda entirely for reason to get back on power. Time will show us how situation will develop but in TCForces we are aiming for peacefull negotiations and will respect majority decission that welcomed Terran Colonial Forces in the region and all the changes they are bringing with them for common good.
