Trucker assistance needed for Glazkov Terminal repairs

Hi commanders! Our player group is in the area of space near the damaged Glazkov Terminal in Irandan and we've been making some progress on repairs but could really use some help from some fast turnaround truckers. Currently we have high volume needs for Beryllium, Superconductors, Semiconductors, and Computer Components (among others) and our shipping arm can use the assistance. We have a daily spreadsheet setup on our discord server here: (https://discord.gg/Hbf9nRu) and with the upcoming special weekend from Frontier it will be fast turnarounds as all of the required materials are easily found within 25 Lightyears, if not closer. We will have a raffle based upon screenshots of deliveries every day. Please help us get the first damaged station repaired to its former glory.

Everyone wants "their" station repaired. Honestly I'm surprised there's still enough people to go round. Good luck, and safe flying.

Well, we are the controlling faction... so we're pretty invested in the well-being of Glazkov Terminal ;)

It appears in our most recent SANELRAD video...

There's never enough people to go 'round... but we hope to see you around Irandan! s7

And that's amazing!

It is amazing, isn't it?! There are so many players that have had their groups recently added only to discover that the station they asked for is now damaged. There are players who love to fly their space ship as explorers, or hunters, or PvPers and running cargo to fix a station just isn't their thing or they don't have the numbers to accomplish the goal quickly. Fixing any of these is a tall order but it certainly can be accomplished by working together.

We're just looking for some assistance over a weekend, like an Elite Dangerous Memorial Day Repair a Station picnic. It's going to be more of a "Bring some Materials, we're cookin' ribs and help yourself to the beer." kinda vibe. I hope to see you there!

I'm at Spocs but didn't want to spend the weekend there, I wanted to try to maximize my profits and that 400,000ls Transit is a profit killer. If you guys are closer I'll come drink your beer :). I can always swing back to Spocs after a few coins are made.

I agree that it's pretty awesome, people taking responsibility for broken stations and players getting together like this. Trading is fun, it just needs a reason. Mission values kinda stole it's lunch money.

Working on Spocs at the moment but I'll come and help when we're finished.
Shouldn't take long we have ColonelJack and his, must be a Panther Clipper" delivering.

Speaking of which (off topic I know), I reckon our next ship might me the Panther Clipper. Would explain the 3.1 secrecy and make sense considering all the stations that need repairing. Would also keep quiet people who keep complaining we keep getting combat ships. It's a no lose scenario.

There would be a lot of happy truckers if they did. Chances are slim though. Maybe Q4.
FD are full of surprises at the moment so who knows.

I'm not in game so I cannot tell you about how far Irandan is from SPOCS, but I can tell you about the supply run we currently use. The supply system for a lot of materials is HIP 18725, 20 light years away and fly to Merchiston Station, only 28 ls from the star in system. Load up on cargo, jump to Irandan and it is only 860 ls to Glazkov Terminal. It is a quick turnaround.

Great job on SPOCS by the way. That is one fast turnaround for that station. Any idea how much material was needed to get it back up and running?

I'm not sure which system (Irandan or Spocs) is closer to you, but Irandan is more profitable once you adjust for transit times. Also, Irandan is very pretty... both tourist stations (1 outpost and 1 damaged coriolis) are worth a visit. Unfortunately, we're all out of beer... will liquor do? Some of our industrial stations, including Selous Horizons, produce it. ;)

At the 19.05. numbers were

Glazkov Terminal, Irandan needed 907,581 tons, estimated time to repair 2 months
Sturckow Port, SPOCS 253 needed 923,234 tons, estimated time to repair 3 months
Titan's Daughter, Taygeta needed 1,601,517 tons, estimated time to repair 27 days (currently worked on by IDA)

All numbers curtesy of Factabulous wonderful numbers thread

Thanks Bigmaec! Didn't know that particular widget existed but am very glad to see it.

For others who missed it in the original post, we are going to raffle off some ED in game stuff at the end of this weekend. In order to keep track of those who care to participate please upload a screenshot of a cargo delivery to Glazkov Terminal on our discord here: https://discord.gg/Hbf9nRu. It is just the easiest way to track who made a delivery and then get in touch with you should we draw your name out of a hat at the end of the weekend. And it doesn't matter what you fly, from Hauler to Type-9, as long as you have fun. See you out there!
