CQC Try Super Boost and Engine Power upgrades on the Condor, if you haven't already

Yeah you get less power for your weapons but the extra speed is so useful for getting away and snagging powerups

Engine power is absolutely required for Condor IMO, but I'm not sold on Super Boost. Takes too long to recharge, I feel like I can move around the map as fast or faster and am less likely to be caught without boost power to spend.

I always preferred the boost-oriented distributor - your top boost speed is lower, but you can boost far more often.
