Have on board ship 3 units of Agri-Medicins to be delivered to the Station that I am at but when I go to complete one of the 2 missions the ability to transfer from my hold to the mission is in red!.. I have 2 missions one for 3 units and 1 for 2 units, delivered to the station I am at! What do I do?

Well, the goods are mission-specfic, so if they're not for that mission maybe they're for the other. You did pick up the goods from the depot - not buy them from the market, right - because that's a common problem. That mission looks like the goods are still at the start depot (the filled-in top bar).

From your screenshot is seems you haven't collected the cargo at the pickup location (station where you accepted the mission). If you did collect cargo you have to select the other mission (the one with 3 units of cargo) on the mission board to deliver the cargo. Should be the second faction (left column) from the top of the mission board, probably marked with a " ! ".

Yes the picture shows that there are two units at the station you took the mission from and that you have 0 units.
You should return to Dimmery Prospect and enter the mission board clicking on the mission should lead you to were you can load and confirm the cargo.
The cargo for delivery missions is picked up from the mission giver directly, cargo purchased in the market doesn't work, this is so you can take missions that need more capacity than your ship as you can do them in stages.
