Elite and Real don't play any longer, I'd guess. It was just one CMDR on Inara. (I assume you've searched and found it. Why not add them in-game and see if you get a response?)

The Startan Order might as well not exist, as far a I can Google.

The bubble is littered with zombie player factions - we have one just a few LY from our home system. They were inserted, but never showed up to work their system.

ok thank you we tried a search and found it as you say but The Spartan Order must have started to play again because they just won I control of their first base.
