Trying to import my commander from PS4 to Windows

Hello,

I hope that I'm posting this in the right location. Anyway, I used to play Elite several years ago on my PS4 and now that I have a PC that can run the game on I decided to get back into it. I saw that you could move your information from the consoles to windows so I went ahead and bought the game with the Odyssey add on for my Windows 11 Laptop. Now I haven't logged into SONY's game internet page in years so I was kind of bumbling my way along. But I got my password for the site and was able to log in successfully. It showed that I have played Elite on the platform but their is no history of me buying the game. So I'm kind of stumped about what to do. I have attached screen shots to show you what I am looking at. When I saw the date from back in 2020 I was thinking that it hadn't been that long since I played the game. It feels more like maybe 2 or 3 years ago but I guess I could be wrong. Another possibility is that I could have had more than one account on the Sony Network? I will start from the beginning again if I have to but I did reach Elite status for one category but I don't recall what it was called. I spent most my time mining asteroids and I did travel quite a ways from the bubble and I mapped lots of systems. Anyway, this is my first post so hello Commanders:)

I found the guide for transferring from the XBOX and PS4 but when I made the selection I got the following screen. I submitted a ticket so maybe customer support can give some help.

Considering that playstation plus is required to play ED on console in open play and it has also been free on PS+ since 2017 it's likely that you never actually purchased the game and only got it via PS+ (meaning that when your subscription lapsed, the game would have been removed from your account) which is why it shows in your play history but not your purchased games list and would also mean that any data relating to your time in game has most likely been deleted.

OK, I got out the PS4 hooked it up and got it working. I got Elite open on the PS4 and I know my old commanders name. The email address is also an old one that I haven't ever really used but I have them both. I'm still waiting for tech support to get back with me because the problem that pops up when I select the PS4 option for the transfer.
